Classic Impressions is a catering company specializing in gourmet kosher cuisine for a variety of occasions, from elaborate b’nei mitzvah receptions to intimate brisses, luncheons, weddings and everything in-between. We’ve distinguished ourselves for innovative dishes, exceptional presentation, courteous, efficient service and a complete package that promises you a headache-free experience. Our reputation is for food that lingers in memory long after the last forkful has been consumed.
We welcome the opportunity to work with you and cater events for as few as 50 guests and as large as 400. With our experience and skill, we can offer a complete package including food, colour scheme, decor and centerpieces, or simply the catering – it’s up to you.
Plan to contact us three-to-six months in advance of your event. For optimal efficiency, we will need to know the following prior to providing you with any pricing information:
- The date of your reception
- The location of your reception
- How many guests you anticipate inviting
- What kind of cuisine you would like to showcase
- The range of your budget

Linda Hertzman has been a Lower Mainland caterer for the past two decades. She graduated from culinary schools in India and Canada, where she trained in a diverse range of ethnic cuisine. Her menu items reflect this diversity, with thematic offerings including Middle Eastern, Indian, Continental and Moroccan Sephardic dishes.
